32例Ⅰ—Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤涂片经免疫细胞化学染色后,用显微分光光度计进行GFAP定量测定.结果表明:各级肿瘤的GFAP含量均有显著性差异,并随肿瘤恶性程度增高,GFAP含量逐渐减少.
