良好的职业道德素质不仅是职业学校德育的培养目标,也是社会主义市场经济条件下,各行各业对从业人员的基本要求。国家教委教职[1997]6号文件“关于加强和改进职业学校德育工作的意见”指出,职业学校除通过单独开设职业道德进行职业道德教育外,还要通过各学科,特别是专业课教学,实验实习等实践环节以及丰富多彩的课外活动进行职业道德教育。本文就旅游专业《餐厅服务》课如何渗透职业道德教育谈几点做法:
