根据教育部《高等职业教育创新发展三年行动计划》征求意见稿指示精神中的第六点“双师型”教师队伍能力提升计划提出,要提升专业教师素质能力,专业教师到企事业单位定期实践制度,专业教师每三年企业实践时间累计不少于3个月。这是培养双师型教师的最有效的途径,本文分析了高职院校专业教师到企业实践锻炼的目的和意义,并以广西交通职业技术学院汽车工程系为例提出了建立相应的实践锻炼制度的改进政策。
