大同市煤气公司做为一个国家改革开放初期兴建的企业,从诞生到现在虽然不过七年时间,但它从投产初期就抛弃了公益型企业理所当然吃补贴,在政府怀里过日子的思想,一切按照市场经济的要求组织生产和经营,在短短的时间里从抓企业的基础管理入手,注重抓好企业内部的“三项建设”,迅速开辟了国际国外销售市场,同时克服了流动资金不足、“三角债”拖欠严重等等困难,取得了社会效益和经济效益的同步增长,累计直接和间接为国家创汇2244万美元,成为全国煤气行业的出口创汇大户。
Datong Gas Co., Ltd., as a company that was established at the beginning of the country’s reform and opening up, has been in existence for only seven years since its inception. However, it has abandoned the public-welfare-oriented enterprises and granted subsidies. The idea of living in the arms of the government is followed. The requirements of the market economy organize the production and operation, start from grasping the basic management of the enterprise in a short period of time, pay attention to the “three constructions” within the company, rapidly open up the international and foreign sales market, and overcome the shortage of liquidity. The “triangle debt” was owed serious difficulties and other difficulties. It achieved a simultaneous increase in social and economic benefits. Accumulated direct and indirect foreign exchange earnings reached US$2244 million and became a major foreign exchange earner in the country’s gas industry.
