2 0 0 2 - 0 5 - 2 4由陈天铎教授 (甘肃省急诊学分会主委、兰州医学院附属二院急救中心主任 )、高百顺教授 (甘肃省胸心外科专业委员会主委、兰州医学院附属一院心外科主任 )共同主持 ,举办了一次由甘肃省 3个专业委员会和兰州军区兰州总医院同道一起参加的学术交流会。主旨是专题研讨高海拔地区急性呼吸窘迫综合征 /急性多脏器功能障碍综合征 (H -ARDS/MODS)的诊断标准和治疗策略方面的一些问题。在过去10年里 ,兰州军区兰州总医院张世范教授曾为高海拔地区ARDS诊断标准起草过一个草案 ,并于 1999年兰州会议通过。但有关H -MODS的诊断标准尚处在摸索阶段 ,以下将重点讨论这方面的问题

The thrust is to highlight some of the diagnostic criteria and treatment strategies for acute respiratory distress syndrome / acute multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (H-ARDS / MODS) in high altitudes. In the past 10 years, Lanzhou General Hospital of Lanzhou Military Region Professor Zhang Shifeng once drafted a draft for ARDS diagnostic criteria in high altitude areas and passed the Lanzhou Conference in 1999. However, the diagnosis of H-MODS is still in the groping stage, the following will focus on this issue
