俄罗斯中央黑色冶金科学研究所研究了50、30、30和50XH四种钢的热处理对车削后表面粗糙度的影响。试验钢种的化学成分符合4543-71技术条件。毛坯车削加工在标准车床上进行,采用T15K6硬质合金刀具。车削速度为38m/min,主轴转达为2000转/min,切削深度为0.5mm,送进率为0.2mm/转。预先热处理按4种规范进行: 规范Ⅰ:820~900℃完全退火1h,在炉内缓慢冷却到65O℃(V_(冷却)=30℃/h),其后在空气中冷却; 规范Ⅱ:740~770℃不完全退火1h,冷却到650℃(V_(冷却)=30℃/h),其后在空气中冷却; 规范Ⅲ:680~730℃低温退火3h,在空气中冷却;
