文章认为 ,经过 2 0年的风雨历程 ,海峡两岸经济互动已由统一认识阶段进入到实际运作阶段。为此 ,作者提出了两岸经济互动应注意的问题 :(1 )两岸经济决策人士均应将客观公正地把握环境放在首位 ;(2 )两岸企业界在经济合作时 ,应充分注意组织对接的重要性 ;(3)两岸经济互动中秉承的战略和实施的策略应力求对路 :一是在互动中应有一个基本认识前提 ,即对“一国两制”的认同 ;二是全方位选取经济互动的突破口 ;三是注重选取合理的经济互动运营策略。
The article holds that after 20 years of ups and downs, the economic interaction across the Taiwan Strait has entered a phase of actual operation from the stage of reunification. To this end, the author has put forward the following issues that should be paid attention to in economic interaction between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait: (1) Economic decision makers across the Taiwan Strait should give top priority to the objective and fair grasp of the environment; (2) When economic cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait should take full account of organizational docking (3) The strategies and tactics adopted in the cross-Strait economic interaction should seek for the right path: First, there should be a basic understanding of the premise in the interaction, that is, the recognition of “one country, two systems”; secondly, to select all-round economic interaction Breakthrough; Third, pay attention to select a reasonable economic interaction operation strategy.
