目前,社会工作团队内部督导机制主要面临四方面矛盾。一是出于管理需要的督导与一线社工支持性、教育性督导需求的矛盾;二是督导者(包括督导、初级督导和督导助理,部分团队中是由主管兼任督导角色)因工作繁多无暇分身与一线社工现场式、陪伴式督导(这种督导需要花较长时间)需求的矛盾;三是督导者(尤其是刚上岗的督导助理)一线实务经验、督导经验的缺乏与部分资历较深的一线社工实务督导需求的矛盾;四是督导者期待一线社工
