双嘧达莫(dipyridamole,DPD)是一种阻断细胞利用外源性核苷转运抑制剂(NTI)。作者曾研究表明DPD能有效地阻断核苷掺入3924 A肝癌细胞,并防止核苷对谷氨酰胺拮抗剂艾西霉素(Acivicin)的补救效应。结果提示,DPD可以与艾西霉素或其他抗代谢药合用对肿瘤的治疗。目前,研究发现静止期3924 A肝癌细胞对DPD抑制作用不敏感,而可提高经两性霉素B处理的细胞敏感性。
Dipyridamole (DPD) is a blocking cell that uses an exogenous nucleoside transport inhibitor (NTI). The authors have demonstrated that DPD can effectively block the incorporation of nucleosides into 3924 A liver cancer cells and prevent the nucleoside remedy of the glutamine antagonist Acivicin. The results suggest that DPD can be used in combination with ivacein or other anti-metabolites to treat cancer. At present, the study found that 3924 A hepatocellular carcinoma cells in the stationary phase are not sensitive to DPD inhibition, but can increase the sensitivity of cells treated with amphotericin B.
