赵紫阳总理在五届人大四次会议上指出:“这里要专门讲一下农民教育的问题。这是一项非常重要而又非常繁重的任务。现在是把它提到议事日程上来的时候了。各级政府要努力把农民教育办好。”党中央、国务院从建设四化的宏伟目标出发,根据我国农业人口众多、技术落后这一特点,强调了农民教育的重要性,这就为办好农民教育指明了方向,开拓了广阔的前景。我们每个农民教育工作者都受到极大的鼓舞和鞭策。但是,实践也使我们深深体会到,办好农民教育并非易事,还需要做深入的研究。现仅就区农民科技学校的情况,谈三点意见。
At the Fourth Session of the Fifth National People’s Congress, Premier Zhao Ziyang pointed out: “It is a very important and very arduous task to talk about peasant education here. Now it is time to put it on the agenda. Governments at all levels should strive to run peasant education well. ”Starting with the grand goal of building the four modernizations, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have emphasized the importance of peasant education based on the characteristics of China’s large agricultural population and backward technology. Farmers’ education pointed out the direction and opened up broad prospects. Each of our farmer educators is greatly encouraged and spurned. However, practice also enables us to deeply understand that it is not easy to run a farmer’s education and we still need to do further research. Now on the situation of peasant science and technology schools in the district, talk about three opinions.
