每逢“黄金周”以 及春运,大家都切实 感受铁路运输瓶颈的 痛苦。中国的铁路是 世界上最繁忙的铁 路。因为铁路市场没 有开放,虽然具有良 好的投资效益,非公 资本也只好望路兴 叹。2005年,虽然国 有资本依旧是铁路建 设投资的绝对主力, 但是毕竟有了转变。 看来,只要具有良好 的投资回报并且使投 资者的合法权益得到 保障,铁路投资多元 化并非难事。
Every “Golden Week” and Spring Festival, we all feel the pain of the bottleneck of railway transportation. China’s railway is the busiest in the world. Because the railway market is not open, although it has good investment returns, non-public capital has only been disappointed. In 2005, although state-owned capital remained the absolute mainstay of railway construction investment, it changed after all. It seems that as long as a good return on investment and investor protection of the legitimate rights and interests, railway diversification is not difficult.
