目的:探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道手术并发症发生原因及防治。方法:回顾分析我院2002年12月—2012年12月非脱垂子宫经阴道手术并发症113例。结果:10年间共经阴道手术1 127例,发生并发症113例,其中直肠损伤1例,输尿管损伤1例,膀胱损伤3例,术中术后大出血15例,中转开腹9例,肌瘤残留盆腔1例,左下肢深静脉血栓2例,术后病率81例。结论:非脱垂子宫经阴道手术适应证的拓宽,使得手术并发症增加,但随着术者手术技巧的不断提高和手术适应证的合理选择,可降低严重手术并发症,妥善处理好非脱垂子宫经阴道手术并发症,对阴式手术顺利开展有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the causes and prevention of complications of vaginal non-prolapsed uterus. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from December 2002 to December 2012 non-prolapsed uterus 113 cases of complications of transvaginal surgery. Results: During the 10 years, 1 127 cases underwent vaginal surgery and 113 cases had complications. Among them, 1 was rectal injury, 1 was ureteral injury, 3 was bladder injury, 15 was postoperative bleeding, 9 was converted to open surgery, Residual pelvic in 1 case, 2 cases of left lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, postoperative morbidity of 81 cases. Conclusion: The enlargement of indications for non-prolapsed uterus transvaginal surgery increases the complication of operation. However, with the increase of operation skills and reasonable choice of operation indications, it can reduce the serious complications of surgery and properly handle non-prolapsed Vaginal vaginal surgery complications, vaginal surgery carried out an important significance.
