浙江萧山去年12月,萧山大部分苗木品种的价格直线飙升,其中部分传统色块苗的价格大幅上涨,供不应求。如金丝桃涨到每株1.3元,花叶蔓每株0.65元,红花木每株0.95元,米径25cm的八角金盘每株1.00元,金叶女贞也涨到每株0.55元。红叶石楠、金森女贞、红花木等品种的小毛球甚至涨至原来价格的几倍。就连上个月价格走低的紫薇也回升到原来的价位。小苗价格的上涨使萧山苗木种植土地租赁价格也出现上涨。
