目的：测定急支糖浆中阿魏酸的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱Ｓｈｉｍｐａｃｋ ＣＬＣＯＤＳ 柱（１５０ ｍｍ ×４ ．６ ｍｍ ，ＩＤ，５ μｍ）；流动相甲醇１ ％ 乙酸（２８∶７２），检测波长３２３ ｎｍ ，流速１ ｍｌ·ｍｉｎ－１ 。结果：平均回收率１０２．１６％ ，ＲＳＤ１．４６％ 。结论：方法可用于急支糖浆中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of ferulic acid in acute branch syrup. Method: High performance liquid chromatography. Chroma-pack CLCODS column (150 mm×4.6 mm, ID, 5 μm); mobile phase methanol-1% acetic acid (28:72), detection wavelength 323 nm, flow rate 1 ml·min-1. Results: The average recovery rate was 102.16% and RSD was 1.46%. Conclusion: The method can be used to determine the content of ferulic acid in acute-branch syrup.
