Throughout our classroom, there is a predominantly speaking, passive acceptance of the phenomenon. Teachers are the masters, what they learn and how to learn are under the strict control of the teachers. They are accused by the teachers when they are not good enough. Under such circumstances, the students lack personality and creativity and can not adapt themselves to the future development of the society.
