用电子探针、X射线分析、同位素示踪法考查了实验方法。证明稀土硫化物、稀土氧化物在电解分离过程中是稳定的,稀土金属间化合物被分解进入溶液。用电解分离一放射性计数测量法测定了16MnRe钢金属相中的稀土含量。结果表明,金属相中的稀土含量随钢中稀土总含量的增加而增大,当稀土总含量≤0.14%时,金属相中的稀土含量≤6.4×10~5%。
Electron probe, X-ray analysis, isotope tracer method to test the experimental method. Prove the rare earth sulfide, rare earth oxide in the electrolytic separation process is stable, rare earth intermetallic compounds are decomposed into the solution. The content of rare earth in the metallic phase of 16MnRe steel was determined by electrolytic separation and radioactivity counting. The results show that the rare earth content in the metal phase increases with the total content of rare earth in the steel. When the total content of rare earth is less than or equal to 0.14%, the rare earth content in the metal phase is less than or equal to 6.4 × 10 ~ 5%.
