我们理解“战术”一词为:为了成功地完成一次比赛所采用的方法和手段。根据具体情况,战术目标可以是:(1)获得比赛胜利而不考虑时间。(2)赢得比赛并取得更好的成绩。(3)获得某一名次或达到某一规定的时间。中长跑中优异成绩的取得不仅依靠一般的和专门的赛前训练,而且还依靠全程中能量供应的正确分配以及速度的正确选择。这需要了解一些基本的力学和生理学规律。例如:——随着跑速的增加空气阻力相应地增大。如果跑速增加一倍,则空气阻力增加至四倍。
We understand the term “tactics” as a method and means used to successfully complete a race. Depending on the situation, tactical goals may be: (1) Winning a race without regard to time. (2) Win the competition and achieve better results. (3) The time to get a place or meet a certain requirement. The excellent results in middle and long distance running have not only relied on general and specialized pre-competition training, but also on the correct allocation of energy supplies throughout the journey and the correct choice of speed. If the running speed is doubled, the air resistance increases to four times.
