近几年,随着我国航空业的快速发展,在全民航的共同努力下,全行业安全水平有了极大提高。虽然近几年安全态势比较平稳,但是各种不安全事件仍然大量存在,特别是严重事故症候还是时有发生,严重影响飞行安全。根据中国民航总局航空安全信息网数据库统计结果来看,运输类严重事故症候占据前五位的除系统失效外,发生在起飞、着陆阶段,即:冲出跑道、落错跑道、跑道侵入、擦发动机和擦翼尖,占严重事故征候总量的62%。可见有关航空器看错落错跑道事故将严重的影响飞行安全,因此,为了保证航空器飞行安全,分析影响航空器看错落错跑道的不利因素,找出减少或杜绝航空器看错落错跑道的不安全事件的对策是十分必要的。
