颞颌关节内紊乱常见的原因有:关节盘前脱位、髁突退行性变、或两者同时存在。治疗方法包括外科复位术和固定术。手术方法较多,有Toller提出的关节囊调整术,McCarty等提出的双板区部分切除术和由此方法演变来的双板区折叠缝合术。后来,Leopard提出了比较简单的手术方法,把关节盘外侧缝合到关节窝外侧缘。Walker又提出了把关节盘缝到髁突上面等等方法。上述方法均有不同程度的效果,但比较常见的问题有:(1)切除双板区时出血较多;(2)
Temporomandibular joint disorders are common causes: anterior dislocation of the joint, condylar degeneration, or both exist. Treatments include surgical reduction and fixation. Surgical methods are more, with Toller proposed joint capsule adjustment, McCarty et al proposed partial resection of the double plate area and the method of evolution of the double plate folded suture. Later, Leopard proposed a relatively simple surgical approach, the outer side of the joint disc sutured to the lateral margin of the joint. Walker also proposed the method of sewing the joint disc above the condyle and so on. The above methods have different degrees of effect, but the more common problems are: (1) more bleeding when removing the double plate area; (2)
