目的探讨BNP水平检测在次大面积肺血栓栓塞症中的临床意义。方法根据血浆BNP水平将56例患者分为2组,分析两组患者血气分析、超声心动图及预后的关系。结果两组比较,观察组的PO2、A-aDO2、氧合指数、血浆心肌酶升高发生率、右室和(或)右房扩大、PASP、中(或重)度三尖瓣反流发生率、1年内复发、合并肺动脉高压、合并肺心病及死亡发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BNP的检测有助于对次大面积PTE患者进行高危筛查和预后评估,对治疗方案的选择具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of BNP level in sub-maximal pulmonary thromboembolism. Methods Based on plasma BNP levels, 56 patients were divided into two groups. The relationship between blood gas analysis, echocardiography and prognosis was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the incidences of PO2, A-aDO2, oxygenation index, elevated plasma levels of myocardial enzymes, right ventricular and / or atrial enlargement, PASP, moderate / severe tricuspid regurgitation Rate, recurrence within 1 year, combined with pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary heart disease and the incidence of death compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of BNP is helpful for high-risk screening and prognosis evaluation of patients with sub-large-area PTE, and has important clinical value for the selection of treatment options.
