本文介绍的转速控制系统是检前磁记录器主轮伺服系统。该系统与我所以往研制的磁记录器主轮伺服系统有三点主要区别。①采用了低惯直流印刷电机。②采用光栅测速盘。③使用4π型数字式鉴频一鉴相器。本文结合锁相环路伺服系统工作原理,从三面三个特点出发,着重介绍了电机和光栅测速盘的选译,以及4π型数字式鉴频一鉴相器的工作原理。
This article describes the speed control system is pre-test magnetic recorder main-wheel servo system. The system and I have developed to the magnetic recorder main-wheel servo system has three main differences. ① low DC motor used in printing. ② grating grating speed. ③ use 4π digital phase-frequency Kam phase detector. In this paper, based on the working principle of the phase-locked loop servo system, this paper focuses on the selection of the motor and grating velocimeters and the working principle of the 4π digital frequency-demodulator-phase detector from three aspects.
