Recently, Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute of Shaanxi Province was awarded 1999 “Provincial Civilized Unit Model Soldier” by Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Government. Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Water Resources is a national Class A qualification of water conservancy and hydropower engineering design and research unit.
