内陆欠发达地区经济发展严重滞后,基础薄弱,经济总量少,经济规模小,经济的科技含量太低,工农产品的含金量也少得可怜,严重的先天不足,这是历史、政治、经济、文化等诸多因素造成的。面对这种严重的滞后局面和困境,作为内陆欠发达地区的领导干部,必须不断提高治国理政的本领和水平,注重创新思维与创新能力的培养,创新工作思路和工作方法。
The underdeveloped areas in the hinterland have serious lag in economic development, weak foundation, small total economy, small scale of economy, too low science and technology content of the economy, and pitifully inadequate gold content in industrial and agricultural products.
