自2009年我院应用利凡诺联合米非司酮用于中期妊娠瘢痕子宫的引产中,探讨其安全性和有效性,取得了良好的效果,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料2009-12-2010-12我院收治孕龄14～28周中期引产病例520例,年龄21～38岁,胎儿畸形405例,死胎115例;其中瘢痕子宫(瘢痕组)70例,非瘢痕子宫(非瘢痕组)450例。孕妇入院后测血压、体温、脉搏,进行全身及妇科检查
