本文报导Y-Ba-Cu-O体系中发现的几种含铂相,并讨论了它们的电学性质。950℃时铂的进入会使体系的正交相转变成六方相,生成YBa_2(Pt、Cu)_3O_(9-δ)和Ba_4Pt_(2-X)Cu_(1+X)O_(9-δ)(X=0.1~0.9)两种复合氧化物;1000℃以上该体系中还出现超点阵K_2NiF_4型的Ba_XY_(2-X)(Pt、Cu)O_4相。
This article reports several platinum-containing phases found in the Y-Ba-Cu-O system and discusses their electrical properties. The formation of YBa_2 (Pt, Cu) _3O_ (9-δ) and Ba_4Pt_ (2-X) Cu_ (1 + X) O_ (9-δ) (X = 0.1 ~ 0.9). The super-lattice K_2NiF_4type Ba_XY_ (2-X) (Pt, Cu) O_4 phase also appears in the system above 1000 ℃.
