随着黄浦江两岸综合开发正式启动和国际集装箱枢纽港建设进程的加快,上海港两桥之间的百年老港区面临着功能转换、企业搬迁,大批职工将离岗转岗,企业的稳定和发展面临了新的挑战。因而,转变经营理念、凝聚职工队伍、开创新的天地已成为摆在功能转换中的老港区各级党政领导干部面前的严峻课题。本文就老港区企业凝聚力建设作一些探索性的思考。
