VitK3(1.96×10-5~6.29×10-4mol.L-1)剂量依赖性地部分抑制低频电刺激引起的豚鼠回肠收缩,其效价约为吗啡的1/5000。
Clinical practice and animal experiments have shown that VitK3 has analgesic effect. The experiment found that the acute administration of VitK3 (64mg · kg-1.ip) could increase the content of leucine enkephalin in the caudate putamen by 43% (P <0.01). In the hypothalamus increased 45% (P <0.05). VitK3 (1.96 × 10-5 ~ 6.29 × 10-4mol.L-1) partially inhibited the ileal contraction of guinea pigs induced by low-frequency electrical stimulation dose-dependently, which was about 1/5000 of that of morphine. The above results suggest that the central analgesic effect of VitK3 may be related to the increase of enkephalins in some brain regions.
