目的:观察鼻内镜下等离子消融配合中药治疗舌扁桃体肥大的疗效。方法:等离子消融肥大的舌扁桃体并辅以中药活血化瘀、通络利咽。结果:72例患者显效50例占69.4%,有效17例占23.6%,无效5例占6.9%,总有效率93.1%。未出现不良反应。结论:鼻内镜下等离子消融肥大的舌扁桃体配合中药煎汤口服治疗,临床疗效显著,微创、快速、标本兼治。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of nasal endoscopic plasma ablation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tongue tonsillar hypertrophy. Methods: plasma ablation hypertrophy tonsils and supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine blood circulation, Tongluo Liyan. Results: Of the 72 patients, 50 (69.4%) were markedly effective, 17 (23.6%) were effective, 5 (6.9%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.1%. No adverse reactions. Conclusion: Endoscopic plasma ablation hypertrophy tonsillia with traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral treatment, the clinical curative effect is obvious, minimally invasive, rapid, both the symptoms and the root cause.
