以往工程技术界通常认为如将传递动力的齿轮付设计成非整数的传动比可以获得有力的实践例证。相反,本文作者通过由四种不同传动比的齿轮付在封闭功率流式试验机上进行的对比实验后,即发现在达到极限实验条件的范围之内非整数传动比齿轮付的抗点蚀能力明显低于整数传动比的正齿轮付,接着这个初步结论又在具有不同加工误差的齿轮付运转实验中得到了进一步的研究和证实。图1和表1分别为试验齿轮的结构规范和试验齿轮付的主要运行参数。在试验装置中用不包含Ep添加剂的重质齿轮油
