口咽清含漱剂由决明子、野菊花、玄参等中药组成。临床治疗口腔溃疡208例,总有效率达96.15％,我们对其药理及毒性进行了以下研究。小鼠灌胃或直按涂耳给药、对二甲苯所致耳肿胀有明显对抗作用(P<0.05～0.001)。纸片法及试管法抑菌实验表明,对常见四种致病细菌均有不同程度抑菌作用。
Oropharyngeal clearing agent consists of cassia seed, wild chrysanthemum, Scrophulariaceae and other traditional Chinese medicines. Clinical treatment of 208 cases of oral ulcers, with a total effective rate of 96.15%, we conducted the following studies on its pharmacology and toxicity. There was a significant antagonistic effect on the ear swelling caused by p-xylene administration by intragastric administration or by direct administration to the ear (P<0.05-0.001). Paper and tube test antibacterial experiments show that the common four kinds of pathogenic bacteria have different degrees of bacteriostasis.
