着眼于京津冀协同发展的背景下,衡水经济结构调整的科学发展方向,立足于文化、科技、休闲产业三方面的协同合作,以明确京津冀协同发展必要性的基础上,深刻了解衡水经济结构调整的发展价值,并行之有效的拟定多产业协调经济结构的科学举措,保障衡水在优秀的改革思想下科学调整自身经济结构,促进地区进一步一体化,并最终达到自身经济体系的长远发展。
Focusing on the synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Hengshui’s economic restructuring will be based on the scientific and technological development direction. Based on the cooperation of culture, science and technology and leisure industry, and on the basis of clarifying the necessity of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Economic restructuring and the development of scientific and effective measures to coordinate the economic structure of multi-industry initiatives to protect Hengshui in the excellent reform of the scientific adjustment of their economic structure, and promote regional integration and eventually achieve the long-term development of their own economic system .
