企业档案管理的范畴非常广泛,主要包括对文件、书籍、资料的综合、规范管理。而通过对文件、书籍的研读又可从中获取丰富的知识,因此档案管理隶属于知识管理的范畴。两者有着密不可分的关系。本文从企业档案管理的数字化和知识管理的科学化入手,阐述了两者的管理特点及发展趋势并从中总结了两者互相影响、互相促进的深层次管理关系,为企业档案管理的数字化进程和知识管理的有效性指明了方向。
The scope of enterprise file management is very extensive. It mainly includes comprehensive and standardized management of documents, books, and materials. Through the study of documents and books, rich knowledge can be obtained from it. Therefore, file management belongs to the category of knowledge management. Both are inextricably linked.
