本文分析了废旧冷轧辊的主要失效形式、堆焊修复后的组织、性能特点及直接使用的可能性;试验研究了堆焊修复后复合材料热处理强化的各种途径及其优缺点,找出了合理的工艺方法和工艺参数。试验结果表明,局部剥落为主要失效形式的冷轧辊修复后可以直接用于初轧生产,小型冷轧辊修复后整体淬火,大型冷轧辊修复后中频感应淬火,都可以达到原设计要求的性能指标。但是试验认为,用于初轧的冷轧辊设计要求性能指标应从Rc62改为Rc58,可有效地避免局部剥落,大大提高冷轧辊的使用寿命。试验还证明,废旧轧辊修复使用具有较高的经济效益。
In this paper, the main failure modes of waste cold roll, the microstructure, performance characteristics and the possibility of direct use after the repaired surfacing are analyzed. Various ways of heat treatment strengthening and the advantages and disadvantages of the composites after the surfacing welding are tested and found out Reasonable process methods and process parameters. The test results show that the local spalling as the main form of failure of the cold roll repair can be used directly for the initial rolling production, small cold roll repair the overall quenching, large cold roll repair medium frequency induction hardening, can meet the original design performance requirements. However, the test shows that the design requirements of the cold roll used for the first rolling should be changed from Rc62 to Rc58, which can effectively avoid local spalling and greatly improve the service life of the cold roll. Test also proved that the use of scrap roll repair has high economic benefits.
