本文论述了基于二次性能指标的水轮机组快速自动准同期最优控制器的设计条件及方法,探讨了最优同期控制器与频率相角复合同期控制器参数之间的关系.文中给出了实验室内动态实时仿真及水电厂运行结果.结果表明最优同期控制器可使机组启动后快速进入同期点,提供每分钟6~9次的并网机会.
In this paper, the design conditions and methods for the rapid and automatic optimal synchronization of hydro-turbine generator based on the quadratic performance index are discussed, and the relationship between the optimal synchronization controller and the parameters of the phase controller is discussed. The dynamic real-time simulation in laboratory and the operation results of hydropower plant.The results show that the optimal synchronous controller can make the unit quickly enter the same period after starting and provide the opportunity of grid connection 6 to 9 times per minute.
