1 什么是公益性社会团体 按照社会团体服务对象的不同,性质上可以把社会团体分为互益性社会团体和公益性社会团体。公益性社会团体是指那些以社会弱势群体或者全社会为服务对象的社会团体。因此,公益性社会团体也可以以服务对象的不同再分为两类。 一是以社会弱势群体为服务对象的公益性社会团体。这类社会团体一般以老人、儿童、妇女、残疾人、精神病患者、失业者等为服务对象,如一些保护孤儿的协会,维护妇女权益的协会。20世纪后半期以来,国际上产生的大量的救助贫困人口为目的的社会团
