作为金属构件涂漆前一项重要工序,磷化在汽车、化工、船舶和家电等行业中已得到广泛的应用,目前国内多采用中温水溶液磷化,其主要缺点是:能耗大、工序多,有较多的沉渣以及要进行废水处理等问题。国内也采用一些低温或常温水溶液磷化,它们能解决中温磷化的高耗能问题,但除油工序难以常温化。为了解决这些问题,我们进行了大量的研究,现已开发出一种新型的有机磷化液,其主要技术指标已接近国际先进水平。
