通过采用包括净化处理的冶炼工艺,奥氏体再结晶控制轧制和巨大处理等技术工艺路线,研制了16MnRER厚钢板。其强度平均值为(?)_s=362mPa、(?)_b=557mPa;塑性平均值(?)=27.6%;低温韧性之却贝冲击功平均值为(?)_(Ak)-40℃=86.2J,(?)_(Ak)-46℃=68.6J,TNDT=-35℃;焊接抗裂性和可焊性良好,多项性能指标优于16MnR钢,达到了国际上同类型球罐用钢水平。用厚度44mm16MnRER钢板已建造了八座直径为12.3m,容积1000m~2,工作压力达1.57mPa的煤气球罐,运行两年后开罐用磁粉探伤检查焊缝未见缺陷。结果表明16MnRER厚钢板是一种良好的低温压力球罐用钢,添加稀土元素产生了脱硫,改善夹杂物形态,提高钢的韧性,降低冷脆性等有益的作用。
A 16MnRER thick steel plate has been developed by using technological processes including smelting process including purification, austenite recrystallization controlled rolling and huge treatment.
