用免疫放射分析测定促甲状腺激素(TSH-IR-MA)被推荐为对甲状腺机能紊乱的一种筛选方法。使用英国Amersham生产的“Amerwell”TSH-IRMA药盒发现,TSH通常在甲亢病人的血清中是测不出的(0.1mU/L以下)。本文报告用“Amerwell”分析一名62岁房颤妇女甲状腺机能试验的结果:TSH为2.0mU/L,总T_4为240nmol/L(参考范围55～145),总T_3为3.6nmol/L(0.9～2.8),FT_4 39pmol/L(9～22)。如果单用“Amerwell”TSH-IRMA对甲状腺机能进行筛选,这个病人会被误认
Thyrotropin (TSH-IR-MA) is recommended as a screening method for thyroid dysfunction by immuno-radiometric analysis. Using the “Amerwell” TSH-IRMA kit manufactured by Amersham, UK, TSH is usually undetectable (less than 0.1 mU / L) in the serum of hyperthyroid patients. This paper reports the results of a thyroid function test in a 62-year-old AF woman with “Amerwell”: TSU of 2.0 mU / L, total T_4 of 240 nmol / L (reference range 55 to 145), total T_3 of 3.6 nmol / L ~ 2.8), FT_4 39 pmol / L (9 ~ 22).
