该文使用钆(Ⅲ)离子为顺磁离子探针,通过观测溶剂水质子弛豫时间变化的方法,研究了钆(Ⅲ)与伴刀豆球蛋白A的键合作用。结果给出,Con-A与钆(Ⅲ)键合作用的离解常数Kd=1.48×10~(-4)mol/L(PH=5.4,t=27℃)钆(Ⅲ)在Con-A分子中的键合位置数n=1。分别观察了钙(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)和镧(Ⅲ)对于Con-A中钆(Ⅲ)成键位置的竞争,结果给出稀土钆(Ⅱ)离子进入Con-A中钙(Ⅱ)离子的键合位置。
In this paper, gadolinium (Ⅲ) ion is used as a paramagnetic ion probe, and the binding of gadolinium (Ⅲ) to concanavalin A is studied by observing the change of proton relaxation time in solvent water.
