目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将332例患者随机分为两组,治疗组166例,口服疏肝健中颗粒(院内协定处方)、阿莫西林胶囊、克拉霉素胶囊;对照组166例,采用西药常规三联疗法:口服阿莫西林胶囊、克拉霉素胶囊、奥美拉唑胶囊。两组均以30天为1个疗程,1个疗程结束观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率95.2%,优于对照组76.5%,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎疗效满意。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods: 332 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 166 cases, oral Shuganjianzhong granules (prescription agreement), amoxicillin capsules, clarithromycin capsules; control group of 166 cases, the conventional Western medicine triple therapy: Oral amoxicillin capsules, clarithromycin capsules, omeprazole capsules. Both groups were 30 days for a course of treatment, a course of treatment to observe the end of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 95.2% in the treatment group, which was better than 76.5% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese medicine treatment of chronic gastritis with satisfactory results.
