为了实现与现代化舰船上大容量通信系统的配套,研制了一种新型舰船用基于MT型光纤接触件的多模120芯集束光缆组件。该集束光缆组件光缆采用了填充油膏的多模带状光纤子单元结构,其性能稳定;光缆连接器采用MT型光纤接触件,其光纤集成度高、抗振动性强、承受拉力大。该集束光缆组件的机械性能和环境性能测试结果表明,其满足各项技术指标要求,且具有设计性能的高可靠性和制造工艺的成熟稳定性。
In order to realize the matching with the large-capacity communication system of modern ships, a multi-mode 120-core bundled optical fiber cable assembly based on MT type optical fiber contacts for ships was developed. The fiber optic cable assembly adopts a multi-mode ribbon fiber subunit structure filled with ointment, and has stable performance. The fiber optic cable connector adopts the MT type optical fiber contact element, and has the advantages of high optical fiber integration, strong anti-vibration and large tensile force. The test results of the mechanical properties and environmental performance of the optical fiber cable assembly show that it meets the requirements of various technical indexes and has the high reliability of design performance and the mature stability of the manufacturing process.
