著名的教育学家叶圣陶先生曾说过:“教育就是习惯的培养”。培养学生的行为习惯是学校教育的一项重要任务。作为教育者,我们应当如何充分利用现有的教育资源,结合实际的教学活动,把正确的行为习惯培养融入平常的教学中去呢?白驹独有的丰富的红色文化资源、历史文化资源不仅能够有效地充实校园文化建设的内容,而且能够增强校园文化建设的说服力和感染力。这不仅可以营造出良好的校园文化环境、德育氛围。而且有利于红色文化的传承和发展。如何将地域人文与行为习惯养成这二者有机地结合起来呢?
