电力大厦位于山西省太原市主要干道——迎泽东大街上.设计要求较高,用地狭窄,在解决用地紧张与建筑功能要求较高等矛盾时,设计人员能够精心考虑,满足使用要求,注意环境协调,合理地选用了双走道塔式平面,立面选型也有一定特点。在结构设计上采用内浇剪力墙外体系予制整浮块石混凝土墙板,整间大楼板等予制构件。装配程度高,施工速度快.地基采用换土处理,经济效果较好。该工程设计于1986年山西省优秀勘察设计项目评选中获优秀设计一等奖。
Electric Power Building is located in Yingze East Street, the main road of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. The design requirements are high and the land is narrow. When solving the contradiction between tight land and high architectural function, the designer can carefully consider and meet the requirements and pay attention to the environment. Coordination and reasonable selection of the two-tower tower-type plane, facade selection also has certain characteristics. In the structural design, the in-house shear wall external system was adopted to prepare and adjust the floating concrete slabs, and the entire building board was prepared. The degree of assembly is high and the construction speed is fast. The foundation is replaced by soil and the economic effect is good. The project was designed and awarded the first prize for outstanding design in the 1986 Shanxi Provincial Outstanding Survey and Design Project.
