对铝含量不同的SWRCH35K和ML40Cr形貌进行观察,并对其奥氏体晶粒尺寸、力学性能等进行了分析。结果表明:铝含量(≤0.026wt%)对原始组织不会有明显的影响,但是,添加适量铝后,能明显细化冷镦钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸,并且可改善SWRCH35K的蓝脆现象,提高ML40Cr的冲击功,这对于改善冷镦钢的综合性能有着至关重要的作用。
The morphologies of SWRCH35K and ML40Cr with different aluminum contents were observed, and their austenite grain size and mechanical properties were also analyzed. The results show that the aluminum content (≤0.026wt%) has no significant effect on the original microstructure. However, adding proper amount of aluminum can obviously refine the austenite grain size of cold heading steel and improve the blue brittleness of SWRCH35K , To improve the impact energy ML40Cr, which for improving the overall performance of cold heading steel has a crucial role.
