本文对螺旋副螺牙变形进行了有限元法分析,提出了一种新的简便通用的螺牙载荷分配计算公式。并对螺牙载荷分配影响因素提出了修正和补充意见。同时对滑动螺旋传动的耐磨性计算提出了以最大螺牙载荷为依据的改进意见。 In this paper, the finite element analysis of the spiral screw thread deformation is performed, and a new simple and universal thread load distribution formula is proposed. The amendments and additional comments were made on the influencing factors of screw tooth load distribution. At the same time, the improvement opinion on the wear resistance of sliding spiral transmission is proposed based on the maximum thread load.
