本文提出了采用硅锰合金吹氧法生产中、低碳锰铁试验的工艺流程、操作条件和试验成果。该工艺为充分利用我国储量很大的酸性锰矿炼制硅锰合金进而吹氧炼成中、低碳锰铁找到了一条新的途径。该工艺能够节省电能消耗。
In this paper, the technological process, operating conditions and test results of medium and low carbon ferromanganese production by using Si-Mn alloy blowing oxygen method are presented in this paper. The process to make full use of China’s reserves of large manganese ore refining manganese silicate and then oxygen into the medium and low carbon ferromanganese find a new way. This process saves power consumption.
