视障者在我国残疾人群中比例不小,但是针对该人群的教育却有很大程度上的落后。互联网的发展给视障者的教育提供了新的教学途径,缓解了其行动不便和相关师资力量不足的情况。本文主要根据无障碍网站的设计要求,分析了目前无障碍网站的现状,有针对性进行设计开发,如语音合成、快捷控制、调节大小和色彩,从而有利于其操作、浏览、听取内容,改善视障人群想学却不能很好去学的现状,促进信息无障碍事业的发展。
Visually impaired people are not a small proportion of the disabled population in our country, but the education for this group is largely backward. The development of the Internet has provided a new teaching method for the education of the visually impaired and has alleviated their lack of mobility and related teacher resources. Based on the design requirements of accessibility websites, this paper analyzes the current status of accessibility websites and conducts targeted design and development such as voice synthesis, quick control, resizing and colorization to facilitate their operation, browsing, listening and content improvement Visually impaired people want to learn but can not go to learn the status quo, and promote the development of information accessibility.
