随着社会经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益关系和分配方式的日益多样化,思想政治工作遇到了大量前所未有的新情况、新挑战。在一些地方,由于思想政治工作的方法、手段陈旧,疏离新时期职工思想的实际,不能与职工的思维方式、价值取向的新特点很好地接轨,出现了“阵地”失守的局面。要完成思想政治工作在新时期的历史使命,当务之急是提高其“市场占有率”。
With the increasingly diversified social and economic components, organizational forms, employment patterns, interest relations and distribution methods, ideological and political work has encountered a great deal of unprecedented new situations and challenges. In some places, due to the methods of ideological and political work, outdated means and the alienation of the ideology of staff and workers in the new era, it can not be well aligned with the new characteristics of employees’ thinking modes and value orientation, resulting in the fall of “position”. In order to accomplish the historical mission of ideological and political work in the new era, it is imperative to increase its “market share.”
