自由贸易区建设,是我国顺应全球经济一体化潮流,以扩大对外开放为基础,促进改革发展,实现合作共赢的重大战略举措。宁夏作为面向阿拉伯国家开放的桥头堡,具有建设自贸区的必然性和可行性,必将成为西部大开发的战略高地和重要国际区域经济合作区。
The construction of a free trade area is a major strategic move that our country follows the global economic integration trend and is based on expanding opening up to promote reform and development and achieve win-win cooperation. As a bridgehead open to Arab countries, Ningxia has the necessity and feasibility of building a free trade zone and will surely become a strategic highland and an important international regional economic cooperation zone for the development of the western region.
