“亚洲辞书研究与教授法”会议以及亚洲辞书学会成立大会于1997年3月26日至29日在香港科技大学隆重召开。参加大会的有来自30多个国家的120多位代表,其中约有50位代表在会上发言。会议主题有:辞书编纂过程,辞书在语言教学中的应用,双语辞书学,亚洲辞书研究。辞书的编纂和出版在亚洲有着悠久的历史,我国早于公元110年成书的《说文解字》,距今已近两千年,但对辞书进行较为系统的研究却是近几十年的事情。辞书学是一门新兴学科,起初学者们只是在语言学甚至词汇学范围内进行一些粗浅的探讨,或者是词典编纂者进行一些经验总结。但随着理论研究和实践的深入,仅仅从辞书编纂本身或语言学角度就无法反映辞 “Asia Dictionaries Research and Teaching Law ” meeting and the establishment of Asian Dictionary Association was held March 26, 1997 to 29 in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology held a grand. The conference topics are: dictionaries compilation process, dictionaries in language teaching, bilingual lexicography, Asian dictionaries. The compilation and publication of dictionaries have a long history in Asia. In our country, “Shuo Wen Jie Zi” was published as early as AD 210, nearly two thousand years ago, but the systematic study of dictionaries has been in recent decades . Lexicography is a new discipline. At first, scholars only conducted some superficial discussions in the field of linguistics or even lexeriology, or learned some lessons from lexicographers.
